Charitable Ticket Contributions

We support the work of many worthy area nonprofits and other organizations through ticket donations!


Charitable Ticket Donation Policy
The Avalon Theatre is proud to support the work of many worthy nonprofits and organizations in the Union County area, as well as the Greater Columbus Region, by donating performance tickets to silent auctions and other events. Due to the high volume of requests and limited ticket availability, The Avalon Theatre has put in place the following eligibility guidelines for ticket donations.


Eligibility
•    The Avalon Theatre does not accept ticket donation requests by mail, email or phone.


•    The request must be made through the official online request form below at least two (2) weeks prior to the charitable event.


•    The requester must represent a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and be prepared to provide documentation if requested.


•    The Avalon Theatre directly supports organizations and does not donate to third-party fundraisers.


•    The Avalon Theatre does not donate tickets for raffles.


•    Organizations are eligible for a donation once per performance season. Multiple requests will not be considered.

 


What to Expect
•    Eligible organizations must make an official ticket donation request via the online form below at least two (2) weeks prior to the charitable event.


•    Priority is given to local organizations which have a relationship with The Avalon Theatre.


•    The Avalon Theatre will respond via email within two (2) business days.

•    If the organization meets eligibility guidelines and ticket donation inventory is available, tickets can be picked up at the box office located at 121 S. Main Street, Marysville, OH 43040.

•    The Avalon Theatre typically donates a voucher good for up to two tickets to an event closest to the charitable event. (Some restrictions may apply.)


•    The organization will give the ticket voucher to the winner of the silent auction. The auction winner must redeem the ticket voucher by following the directions provided.
 

Request a Ticket Donation
The Avalon Theatre is proud to support the work of many charitable organizations in the Union County area and Greater Columbus Regional by donating performance tickets to silent auctions and other events. Requests for ticket donations must be made a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the event. All requests will be considered on an individual basis; however, due to a limited supply, not all requests can be fulfilled. The Avalon Theatre will respond via email within two (2) business days.


The Avalon Theatre (Marysville Uptown Theatre.) is a federally recognized charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
